Excellent service, excellent vehicle, and NO HIDDEN FEE. No bait and switch, no theatrics, none of it. The all-inclusive out the door cost I received over the phone before I came for the vehicle is what I paid. Those out there shopping for vehicles will know that this type of transparency is hard to come by and highly appreciated. Good job Ashley, Marvin (Starvin Marvin!), and Sharita. Much success to you. 3/22 update: I applaud the team for managing me through my anxiety in waiting for the permanent plates, registration and title. I was worried I'd end up having the temp plates expire and both Sharita and Ashley did a great job of reassuring me that all will be well, and then delivering on that. Good stuff!

I just want to say that is was the best Decision , i could of made by coming to i auto mall. Guys let me tell you guys how everything started with just one phone call . Reaching out i spoke to Ms.Sharita & by the tone of her voice she sound like a sweetheart ,I ask her about 2 cars that i was interested in & She immediately sent the link to not only my cellphone but my email as well. But unfortunately she told me her business partner didn’t come I'm to work yet , & When she comes in she will have her call me. Mostly when companies say that you don’t receive a call. But No Ms. Ashlee did reach out to me about the cars i was looking into. And now i will not be catch the bus or taking Ubers no more . I am a owner of a vehicle & I just wanna say Thank You iautomall. So if your in need of a vehicle look no farther this is definitely where you want to spend your money.

Let me tell yall about my experience with iautomallnj. We saw this vehicle online and drove there to check it out.....only problem is the vehicle we went to see, there were so many other options when we arrived, we were scoping maybe 2 or 3 others, even though I know where my fiancée's heart was!!! You have Ashley & Sharita, phenomenal young ladies with more knowledge than a lil' bit!! Nothing but positive energy, personable, friendly, very accommodating and just all out professional. They know how to handle business and get you in and out at a quick pace. It was well worth the trip! I appreciate you ladies and will definitely do business with you in the future, when looking for another used vehicle. It was a pleasure meeting you both!!!
